According to James' death certificate, his father was James Fraser, General Labourer, deceased. Not convinced that there was a wedding in the first place,but who knows. .though I can't find one.
In 1851 census, Isabella, living with son James, is noted as being unmarried, with surname White, not a widow with surname Fraser. Only OPR birth is that of a James Fraser in November 1809 with parents Lewis Fraser and Isobel Whyte
