| Note | Can\'t find Barbara as either an Unston or an Anderson on Caithness in 1841 Census..or a William Anderson with a wife Barbara. (Damned if I remember where I got the marriage and both sons info from.)
What would likely be her son Peter appears to be living in 1841 with Margaret Robson/Unston and his aunt Catherine, and in the same house at the same time is John Dunnet, who, age-wise, I suspect would be the son of John Dunnet and Helen Unston. No sign of a younger brother for Peter in either the 1841 or 1851 censuses. Peter appears again with Catherine (Unstow) in 1851, on his own..so either his brother (if he ever existed) and his parents had moved out of Caithness, leaving him... all had died..ore the marriage was a figment of my imagination. |
